Do you make handmade items and aren’t sure whom to sell your work to or do you sell your handmade goods to the same repeat customers? Are you looking to sell to a new customer base? It’s hard work to find new customers and get them to notice your handmade work or products. Customer Discovery (CD) is a method to determine if there are actual customers for a product/service and what they would want before actually developing the product/service. In this course you will learn:

• Why customer discovery is the #1 priority of any crafting or artisan entrepreneur wishing to start (or grow) a business.

• Learn the four steps of customer discovery

• Write a customer discovery plan.

We will be offering an in-person “Learning Lab” with WESST Farmington on Tuesday, June 1st from 10:30 am – 2:00 in the Downtown Gallup Business Resource Center at 231-A Coal Ave. for attendees to get hands-on help.
